亲爱的朋友们，

我们是一家非营利老人院，30多年来致力于为长者提供温暖的家。近期，为了确保老人院的房间和相关设施能够满足政府的《老年人建筑设计规范》，从而方便申请福利部的老人院营业准证。我们预计在 6个月内完成无障碍通道与房间扩建申请蓝图。但是，目前老人院的经济情况不足以支撑我们完成房屋的改建和相关工程，预算缺口高达RM 400,000，我们实在无力独自承担。

Urgent Appeal: Help Us Make Our “ Home ” Better

 

Dear Friends,

 

We are a non-profit elderly care home with over 30 years of dedicated service, providing shelter, care, and dignity to senior citizens in our community. Throughout the years, we have remained committed to supporting vulnerable elderly individuals, many of whom have no family or financial means.

 

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve our services and ensure compliance with the government's building standards for elderly care facilities, we are embarking on a critical upgrading and expansion project. This includes the development of barrier-free access, improved living spaces, and enhanced safety features, all of which are essential for us to obtain an official operating license from the Welfare Department.

 

The project is scheduled for completion within the next six months, with a total estimated cost of RM 400,000. However, as a non-profit organization, our financial resources are limited, and we are currently facing a significant funding gap.

 

If you would like to help our elderly residents enjoy their later years in a safer and more comfortable environment, we sincerely invite you to lend a helping hand.
